FAQ

Prime Time Sports Camp will only distribute refunds, less a $60 deposit per session, if it receives a written request no later than one week prior to the start of the session. We will always do our best to transfer paid days to a different session at no cost to you should you have a scheduling conflict after enrolling for camp. However, once a session begins any request to transfer days will be treated as Make Up Days and subject to the policies detailed below.

Each camper will be allowed two Make Up days per summer, subject to availability. There are no refunds for missed days. Make Up days can only be approved upon request after the camper has missed camp, and are subject to approval by PTSC. Unapproved Make Up days will be treated as additional camp days, and charged accordingly. Extended Care is available from 8:00am – 6:00pm at West LA, Hancock Park and Silver Lake, and from 8:30am-5:30pm at Santa Monica – XRDS. The rate is $2.50 per half-hour, and will be charged to your account at the close of each session. All children are placed into Extended Care at 3:35pm at West LA, Hancock Park and Silver Lake and at 4:05pm at Santa Monica. The grace period begins at 8:40am and ends at 3:50pm at West LA, Hancock Park and Silver Lake, and 9:10am and 4:20pm at Santa Monica, at which time PTSC begins charging for Extended Care.

EXTENDED CARE CHARGE SCHEDULE FOR WEST LA, HP AND SILVER LAKE:
Campers signed in to Extended Care between 8:00 and 8:30am = 1 hours
Campers signed in to Extended Care between 8:30am – 8:40am = .5 hour
Campers picked up from Extended Care between 3:50pm – 4:00pm = .5 hour
Campers picked up from Extended Care between 4:00pm – 4:30pm = 1 hour
Campers picked up from Extended Care between 4:30pm – 5:00pm = 1.5 hours
Campers picked up from Extended Care between 5:30pm – 5:30pm = 2 hours
Campers picked up from Extended Care between 5:30pm – 6pm = 2.5 hours

PTSC charges $5 for every ten minutes after 6pm that the child remains at camp beyond the close of Extended Care.

EXTENDED CARE CHARGE SCHEDULE FOR SANTA MONICA:
Campers signed in to Extended Care between 8:30am – 9:10am = 1 hour
Campers signed in to Extended Care between 9:00am – 9:10am = .5 hour
Campers signed out of Extended Care between 4:20pm – 4:30pm = .5 hour
Campers signed out of Extended Care between 4:30pm – 5:00pm = 1 hour
Campers signed out of Extended Care between 5pm – 5:30pm = 1.5 hours

PTSC charges $5 for every ten minutes after 5:30pm that the child remains at camp beyond the close of Extended Care.

Payment must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2013 to qualify for promotional rates. The actual registration must still take place online.

Each child receives a complimentary camp shirt. Additional shirts can be purchased for $10. Camp shirts must be worn every day.

All photos, videos, images or likeness taken of your chid(ren) during Prime Time Sports Camp are the property of Prime Time Sports Camp and may be used for any and all promotional purposes.
