After-School Program

After-School Program Opportunities

We are always looking for qualified staff for our After School programs. We want to ensure that each school site has engaging, enthusiastic, and well-rounded staffing to create a wonderful learning experience for the students. Staff must have the confidence and ability to lead classes in various realms such as arts, sports, and STEM for all students ages TK-5th grade.

Site Directors support success for students during Enrichment classes, supervise students, maintain a safe environment for all, effectively communicate with parents, students, and staff; set-up and delegate Enrichment courses to staff, maintain constant contact with parents about the weekly schedule and upcoming events, and monitor the sign-out table.

Assistant Site Directors assist the Site Director in maintaining effective communication with parents, students, and staff; set-up the students for success in their Enrichment courses, lead and/or support courses when needed, and monitor the sign-out table when necessary.

Coaches are responsible for leading and/or assisting in Enrichment courses, ensuring the safety of students while monitoring all activities, prepping the classroom(s) and/or outdoor field for classes, and assisting in other set-up prior to the start of Enrichments.

Growth: We want our ASP staff to branch out when leading or assisting in all courses. ASP coaches should gain the confidence to teach all courses, regardless of artistic ability or athletic talents. We encourage our staff to grow with our students and develop their skill sets. We are always learning and what better way to learn than by assisting in certain courses!

Camps

Summer Opportunities

We pride ourselves on having exceptional staff for all camps. We want to hire and maintain staff that can bring enthusiasm for 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. Our sites are open to hiring individuals that can engage campers in sports, Prime Time Classic games, and crafts. Campers love when coaches submerge themselves into the Prime Time experience, so don’t be afraid to get sweaty and have fun!

Site Directors are responsible for welcoming campers and parents upon arrival, supervising activities and ensuring camper safety, and making sure that the site’s are a positive environment.

Summer Coaches are responsible for engaging campers in sports activities and/or arts and crafts. Coaches make sure that the campers are playing safely amongst each other and cultivate an enthusiastic environment.

CITs are responsible for assisting coaches when necessary during snack set up, games, and transition periods. It is the CITs responsibility to effectively help the coaches in making transitions and games run smoothly.

Growth: We want our staff to love Prime Time as much as our campers do. Coaches are responsible for leading activities and ensuring that all campers are having a fun and safe experience. We want to maintain a strong and engaging staff that looks forward to spending Winter, Spring, and Summer Camp with the kids!
