We operate upon school dismissal until 6:00pm. We will pick up students on all early release and minimum days.
We ask that you pick-up your child between 5pm – 6pm. All main programming is over at 5pm. If you need to pick up your child early, no worries just let us know.
If you have authorized another individual to pick up your child, they are able to pick them up. If someone is not listed on the authorized list, we will contact you for confirmation. ID’s must be presented at sign-out.
If you are unable to pick up your child before 6:00 pm, you will be charged $1 per minute after the hour. We ask that you notify us if you’re running late so we can plan accordingly.

The state requires us to have a 1:14 coach to student ratio. But at Prime Time we pride ourselves on a 1:10 ratio.
The Enrichment quarters last between 8 to 10 weeks and at the conclusion of the quarter, parents are welcome to participate in our Student Showcase. The Showcase allows for parents to experience a day in Prime Time ASP and to see their child’s completed artwork and/or projects.
