Camps FAQ

General questions about ALL Camps are answered below. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

In addition to wearing a camp shirt, please make sure your child brings lunch if they are not purchasing one, a reusable water bottle and lots of sunscreen.

We provide TWO daily snacks. The AM snack is a healthy and small snack for campers, while the PM snack is either Ice Cream or Snow Cones. We do NOT provide lunch, however you can purchase lunch with Children’s Menu or purchase lunch on Friday’s with us. We do encourage you to pack extra food in your child’s lunch.

Campers must wear a Prime Time Camp shirt, athletic bottoms (shorts, leggings, sweats) and closed toed tennis shoes.

Campers are grouped by their school grades. We typically follow this grouping:
TK -1st, 2nd-3rd, 4th-5th and 6th-8th grades.

Yes we do but, it does vary by site. Our morning extended care is from 8am – 8:45am. Our afternoon extended care is from 4pm – 6pm but at Short Ave. extended care ends at 5:30pm.

We offer a 10% sibling discount throughout all camps. Here are our Special promotions for 2025

  • Earliest Bird: save 15%, ends March 24
  • Early Bird: save 10%, ends May 5
  • Late Bird: save 5%, ends June 5
  • Returning Families: save an additional 5% until June 8.

If you register for more than 4+ weeks of Summer Camp by June 1st get $25 off each week!

There’s no deadline to enroll in camp. You are able to register your child for camp the morning of. Must register online, we won’t allow walk-ups.

Our hours for camp are 9:00am – 4:00pm. We offer extended care from 8:00am – 6:00pm. We are closed on Juneteenth (June 19th) and Independence Day (July 4th).

Yes, it is recommended that you call our office number and notify Billy that you would like to switch your child’s attendance to a different day or week. We understand that things come up and are extremely flexible!

We welcome all children ages 4 to 14 years old.

We want your child to have the best experience possible, so we have a ratio of 1:10.
